Conor Gilmartin-Donohue was named Pace's Offensive Coordinator in March of 2018 after finishing his 10th season as the Setters' Offensive Line Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. Gilmartin-Donohue comes to Pace with Division I playing experience as well as a background playing football in Westchester County. As of 2025, he will also transition back to coaching and mentoring the offensive line while maintaining his title as Offensive Coordinator.
Gilmartin-Donohue played for White Plains High School and was a three-sport standout. He played football, basketball and lacrosse, serving as a team captain for all three teams. He went onto play at the Division I level with stops at Northeastern for three seasons and North Texas for his senior year At Northeastern, he played in 31 games, hauling in 33 receptions for 330 yards and four touchdowns. As a senior, Gilmartin-Donohue played in nine games for North Texas, posting one reception.
Gilmartin-Donohue returned to his alma mater in 2011 as an assistant coach for the White Plains football team. He was the offensive coordinator for three seasons while also coaching the quarterbacks and tight end position groups. Gilmartin-Donohue also worked as an assistant coach for the lacrosse team in 2012.
Gilmartin-Donohue earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern in 2011.
